Guide on Installing Norelco HQ8 Replacement Blades: Before starting to install your new Norelco HQ8 replacement blades , be sure to turn off your Norelco shaver. Look just below your Norelco shaver headframe, you can find a button to release the headframe. Press the button to release the headframe from your Norelco shaver. Pull the headframe off the shaver and take out the retaining bracket that holds the old HQ8 blades by turning the bracket a quarter turn counter clockwise, and you can remove the old Norelco blades from the headframe. Insert the new Norelco HQ8 replacement blades into the headframe and make sure they are facing down. Once you have finished inserting the new Norelco HQ8 replacement blades, insert the retaining bracket back and lock it by turning it a quarter turn clockwise.
