How do you open the Norelco body groomer?

Q: Ok, I just used my norelco body groomer, and the on button is "stuck" in the on position. I've tried, but I can't get it to pop back out. How do I open this thing to see what is wrong? Anyone know?

A: OK, I am incredibly impatient, so I just figured out how to disassemble the bodygroom on my own. The button issue is fixed quite easily as there is no spring.

To disassemble, I simply removed the silver/gray side plates. Then put an instrument

can you buzz your head with a philips norelco body groomer?

if i put on the trimming attachment, and set it to 5, can i buzz my head, and will it work ok?
i started to do it, and the batery died...

You can buzz your hair that way but it will turn out uneven. If you plan on keeping your hair that way you can spend a little $$ on it since you're not getting haircuts. I would recommend Wahl or Sterling clippers. They are available at

For those men who have used it or have it... Are u statisfied with it? And did u use it on your penis balls and shaft too? And any other place would be helpful since im considering buying it.... And do u need replacement shaver heads? Thks

I know the one you're referring to. I have a similar one. I use it everywhere you mentioned. The heads won't need replacement for at least 3 yrs. Wait until you need the replacements to purchase them. My closest shaving head cuts about 1/8 inch above
