Guide on Installing Norelco HQ9 Replacement Blades: Before starting to install your new Norelco HQ9 replacement blades , be sure to turn off your Norelco shaver. Look at your Norelco shaver headframe, you can find a button to release the headframe just below the blades. Press the button to release the headframe from your Norelco shaver. Pull the headframe off the shaver and take out the retaining bracket that holds the HQ9 blades by turning it a quarter turn counter clockwise. Once the blade unit has seperated, within the unit there is a retaining bracket which holds the HQ9 blades in place, to remove the blades you want to turn the retaining bracket a quarter turn counter clockwise to pull the bracket out. Once you separate the retaining bracket from the headframe, you can remove all the old Norelco blades. Put in your 3 new Norelco HQ9 replacement blades into the headframe from where you removed the old Norelco blades, be sure that the two sharp tips of the new blades are inserted...
