How do you remove rust from an electric scooter/razor moped?

Q: Thanks. My brother left my electric scooter outside for a while when I was away, and now it is all rusty on the metal parts. Also, if anyone knows how to comletely get the sticky stuff that stickers leave behind off of plastic that would help too.

A: "naval jelly" (avail in the US, at least) is the old favorite, available at hardware stores.
As the poster above suggests, the product "CLR" removes calcium, lime, and rust, and you might have it already for kitchen/bath cleaning.

Are young teens aloud to drive electric scooters on the sidewalks in CA?

I really want like a moped or electric scooter, vintage looking, to drive me and my friends places close to my house. Are there any scooters where that's available? I didn't like the razor pocket mopeds or anything, I want something bigger than that,

Motorized vehicles aren't allowed on sidewalks in california. To ride it on in the bike lane/on the street you would need to be 16 and have a license. But if you are just driving around in a small neighborhood you should be fine i doubt the cops will
