Man Dover police say attempted to sell stolen electronics online is indicted

DOVER — The man police said attempted to sell stolen electronics online was recently indicted on three felony level burglary charges.

Police say Justin Fuller, 25, was involved in three Garrison City burglaries in August and September. Fuller, who has a last known address of 51 Lovell River Road in Ossipee, turned himself into police in September. Officials said he was responsible for three break-ins on Littleworth Road, Portland Avenue and Henry Law Avenue.

On Aug. 31, police responded to a Littleworth Road residence for a report of a burglary where residents said a 42-inch plasma TV was taken from the home.

On Sept. 10, police received a report of a burglary of a Portland Avenue residence where three laptop computers and a 42-inch Panasonic TV was stolen. There was no forced entry at the home, according to Police Capt. Bill Breault.

On Sept. 18, police also responded to a report of a Henry Law Avenue burglary where the residents found their door
