Best Shaver/Trimmer device?

Q: Anyone know of a good one? I am tired of using blades and shaving cream and want to try something new, the thing is i have thick hair. I was looking at the Norelco Bodygroom - BG2020 but there are some bad reviews that make me unsure about buying it.
