Model 1280cc is the priciest SKU in the line, with the MSRP of $350. It includes a Cleaning Station. Model 1290x is actually the highest end model (although it does not include the cleaning station), but the only difference between 1290 and 1280 is a "touch screen" power button (which reviewers are not crazy about) and a zinc vs chrome body. Philips has a $50 MIR for any SensoTouch 3D shaver. The rebate form can be downloaded here. Do not use Amazon's rebate form, as it excludes marketplace sellers.Amazon's own price is $250, but another product listing is showing it for $214.
