Call around and ask them.Once you get it call the ones you plan on inviting and tell them its a BYOB party.Then ask each one to bring a different snack item.Have dips& chips,nuts,veggy platter,maybe fruit platter.Don’t forget to tell some one to be sure to bring a large ice chest with ice.If they are your alumni why not ask for $20 donation for the cause and see what they say.good luck.
