Q: How close can you get without being completely shaved?

For instance I can use a razor to get a perfect shave but, can this thing take your body hair down to say 1/8 inch or 16/inch? how close can it get while still leaving a little hair?

so i have a norelco shaver with trimmer and it works pretty good. i shaved my chest and upper arms with it. with the trimmer, the more u use it, the shorter the hair gets (if you understand what im saying)
